What a great experience I got my bees and only had maybe twenty dead bees in the bus put them in there new home and as of today almost three weeks they are doing great four frames are built up . The bees are super gentle I have been in the hive three times to check and haven’t been stung yet . Definitely will be using you again if I mess up and need more .

I got the black deep and triple wax foundation. Now I don’t have to deal with slopping hot wax all around with a paintbrush just to get extra wax to my foundation. Now the cells don’t get filled up full of wax from adding too much hot wax. And the bees love the foundation. Kevin

I run single deeps. Sometimes I go into winter with a medium super on as well. These two-frame medium feeders are perfect for fall feeding my weak colonies, late swarms, and cutouts to get them ready for winter. They come in two pieces; the outer shell, and the cover/dual ladder insert that snaps into place. No more messing with those rubber loop ties.

The best enclosures I have purchased so far, I’ve tried 3 other brands in the past and I have always had issues with the quality and straightness of the wood. Pierco hive bodies are good quality and they are easier to assemble, definitely wished I would have found these earlier in life.

The Double-Sided Serrated Uncapping Tool has made our uncapping a breeze. The blade has a slight curve to it, so it easily glides along the frame. The serrated part cuts through the cappings like butter. This is definitely one of our favorite tools during the harvest season.

I have fed this particular hive about 2 x 1 sugar syrup made with 40 lb sugar using the Pierco feeder the last 3 weeks. It is September and we are in a dearth in south western Ohio. The girls love the design and I do too! No dead bees in the bottom between feedings.

Worked really well. My grandson is almost 5 years old weighs 45 lbs and is 47 inches tall. The size S fits great and is roomy enough to last another season. The hood being able to fold back is a nice feature.

The joints on these nuc boxes are fantastic. They interlock with a nice fit, without the need to wood chisel, and they are flush mating one with the other. I like that nails aren’t needed, and that a good wood glue is sufficient. I also like that the joints are only shown on the ends, while the sides are smooth looking.

I’ve been using Pierco’s pellets since the first time I lit my smoker. They’re not expensive, one bag goes a long way, and they burn for a long time. I guess I’m lazy and don’t want to go hunting around for leaves and pine needles and burlap. A handful of this with a couple added ingredients and I know my smoker will last and last and last. Like, until after dark!

I take a golf ball size of this cotton fuel and place it on top of a handful of Pierco’s smoker pellets. Then I top it all off with a sprinkle of pine shavings I steal from my chickens. It lights fast and burns forevah. I’ve tried going the free route of pine needles, burlap, etc., but I find I need to refuel regularly. I can even relight what hasn’t burned (with a little added pine shavings) next time I’m in with my bees. Easy peasy and not very expensive for the consistency and convenience. I ...

I really like the dovetailed fit on these 5 frame Nucs. No nails needed; just glue them. The box on box surfaces fit nice and flush one with another, and the locking joints are solid. The bigger boxes should be done with these type joints too.
