2. No update on the delay until I reached out after a week post order as there was no communication
3. Apparently they tried to contact me via email as they did not have a mobile number - no emails received
4. After finally arriving a month post order, the alarm band is good, happy with it
5. Nasal strips leaves physical bruising every use which then takes 2-3 days to go. When fed back and requesting a refund, told packet's opened so no refund
