Shopping experience was great, easy to purchase and delivery was fairly quick.
There are however some false claims on their page. They claim that if the 3 alarms or vibration aren't strong enough, contact them to upgrade to their pro model.
There was no option for purchasing this pro model on their product page.
When contacting them, they admitted no such upgrade programme exists and if I was not happy with the product, I could keep the produce and receive a 30% refund!

Communication and shipping was fine, had a good deal on the watches. But I was disappointed with the overall reliability of the product. If the watch would have fit and been more secure so it didn’t pop off during my sleep, and if I hadn’t been worried about its ability to actually vibrate to wake me up, then I think I would have really enjoyed this product and the concept of the alarm overall.
