THE ONYX ALARM DID NOT WORK

Delayed shipping, slow and poor customer service. When trying to return within the 30 days to get my money back because the alarm doesn’t suffice, I get ghosted.

Ordered. Took a few weeks to get delivered due to some fulfillment error. Now the band kinda sucks (as I noted previously). Which is a bummer, cuz I love the effectiveness of the product!

Very misleading advertisement

Item arrived late. Shipped in the simple plastic pouch, not in a expected cardboard box.

I’ve given it 2 stars instead of one because although the product didn’t work for me, I think it’s a good idea and likely works for others who don’t sleep as heavy as me. Also have a low rating as when I bought it it said 30 days money back if you don’t like the product, and since I recieved the product I’ve been unable to find a link to submit and return apart from a refund which had a limit of 2 weeks from receiving the product.

Super delayed in shipping

When ordering , shipping says 2-3 days. Didnt ship for 2 weeks and then took another week when it finally did ship. Product it self seems quality, but the vibration is very weak and defeats the purpose.
