strictly from the shopping experience and not the product, everything went smoothly enough. I did get more status emails from your company than I ever have from another business. I guess that's not an inherently bad thing, but at times I was getting 4-5 emails re-iterating the exact same information and that doesn't include the marketing emails. I'm just talking about the order status emails.
