Overpriced and misleading Paid over $40 in shipping on $40 products, then another $21 in customs fees. Chocolates were completely melted when it arrived.

Just great.

I made an order and paid over $70 in shipping because it was worth it for one specific item. Unfortunately, they forgot to pack that item and instead of sending the item to me, just refunded that item. The reality is, I wouldn’t have made the order and paid that amount of shipping if I knew I wouldn’t be getting that item. It’s a bummer. I won’t be ordering from Sweets by Svea again.

Ordering was easy and I felt informed about my delivery. Where it was and when to expect it.

Nothing was said about customs fees or long distance transport.

Two items were missing from my order and I have not heard back from the company after emailing twice.

You should warn customers about the duty. Mine was much more that the cost of the product.

As previously stated, I already spent a ridiculous fee on delivery (£35) only to be told I had to pay an additional £25 VAT by UPS, meaning the delivery and transaction fees completely eclipsed the value of the product received. Very very disappointing service and I will never order from here again

I did

I placed my order on 5/27 and did not receive it until 6/5. Definitely longer than the 1-3 day delivery being advertised. The bread products arrived on or a day before the “best by” dates so all have been put in the freezer. I haven’t tried any of the cheese products at this time. I’m just hoping and praying that they are all still good 🤞

Svea works very efficiently to provide us with a lithh to le bit of Sweden.

Durch das Bestellprogramm wurde leider eine falsche Adresse ausgewählt, was ich sehr spät gesehen habe und sweets by svea erst spät darauf aufmerksamgemachthabe. Ein Teil der Bestellung wurde daraufhin erstattet, ein Teil von UPS trotzdem zugestellt. Guter Service.

Obviously, I am disappointed!

The cooler was not made for long hall shipping, it was over 25c in the box when measured. The sauces was broken and all over the items. Chocolate was not even sent in cooler and had all melted. Bread was in the bottom of the box and completely crushed. Missing all the meat produced order and still paid an extra $35 for DHL to get two packages based on additional unexpected fees.

Charge me for items I did not receive. Charge full prize for candy when it said it be discounted if order was above a certain amount.

Items, ordering and delivery were all great! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was that it was unclear how much shipping would cost (it's by weight which wasn't clear per product added to the cart), how long shipping would take (my items arrived one week after I placed the order) and that I need to be on the lookout for a customs payment as the items enter the US. Upfront communication around fees helps inform what and how much to purchase.
