The order arrived promptly. Contact with Sweets By Svea easy and quick reply. The experience with DHL apart from expedient delivery was all negative and I am still not satisfied with them and the way they conducted interaction. The quality of the temperature packing was subpar. Arrived completely defrosted and not a shred of coolness left in the coldpack. Better insulation needed and use of a better coldpack
