Love the toe box space and the look of the shoes

Took a while to get get here. But that was expected. Shoes were too big. So now I have to return & wait again. Might be worth it if I like the shoes.

I’ve received shoes in the wrong size, and although I’ve been in contact with the help centre via email regarding the returns process, their responses are extremely slow, and I’m very confused as I’m contacted by a different member of staff every time.

Took forever to get these. Three weeks after ordering I checked and the status still showed they order hadn't even been filled yet. Sent a message to customer service and even then, it was a couple of days before they responded. Then took a few more days (a week?) to receive them, no expediting of the order, no explanation, no apology for the delay.

Easy online ordering and I received a two-for-one offer that made them irresistible. Very pleased with the purchase both on price and the way my feet feel.

The shoes and inserts are bad enough on their own, but dealing with this company afterward has been an absolute nightmare. Their return policy sounds straightforward until you actually try to use it. I've been going back and forth over email for days trying to return a clearly defective product — they keep demanding photos, written explanations, and more justification, as if a customer needing a refund is somehow suspicious. A return policy is only worth something if the company actually honors

In a day and age when you can get deliveries within a few days, my only complaint with this company is the long delivery from the time you order till the time they arrive

Love the shoes and the fast shipment

Shoes arrived faster than I expected. Hanz responded to my warranty issue regarding the shoes running small. Hope to get everything resolved shortly.

A little long for shipping considering we are all used to getting things in 24-48 hrs and this took a week or so. But everything arrived perfectly.
