It took several days to get a reply when I requested refund. Company could not tell me when sofa would be picked up, it took a week to get a reply. Sadly I moved in thst time and company Policy is they will not pick Up sofa st different address. Same zip code , 3 mikes away. I’m stuck with a 900$ sofa that is hard and uncomfortable

We purchased four couches for our short-term rental business and started receiving guest complaints almost immediately. We contacted customer service right away and wanted to return them, but decided to give the product a fair chance because it was a large purchase. Unfortunately, the complaints continued from multiple guests. Despite contacting them promptly, our return request was denied. This has been the worst furniture purchase we’ve made, and we cannot recommend these couches.

When I initially placed my order, I entered the wrong delivery address. Rove Lab's customer service was quick to correct my mistake and made sure I was well cared for.

Couch took 2 months to ship and it’s not that great. Customer service is piss poor also.

It was extremely convenient to get the boxes and open the couch, but it’s horribly uncomfortable and extremely ugly

Deceiving company. Wrong color and not stain resistant as claimed to be. The pictures show a green tinted color and this is as beige/khaki as it gets. Not what i wanted. If it didnt stain, i would have been a little happier with the color, wanted the olive green like the picture shows for this reason

Arrived within days .

So easy to order I was able to break the large payment into three which made my life easier. It arrived shortly after I ordered it I want to stay in less than 10 days

Everything about Rove Lab was quick & simple. Also affordable. Its the Way to go if you have an apartment or steps up to your place.

I purchased an additional modular piece for my M1 sofa in the same advertised color, only to receive a piece that was visibly different in color, height, and overall appearance. After weeks of emails, photos, videos, and follow-ups, Rove Lab ultimately admitted they could not guarantee that a replacement would match my existing couch.
