I purchased an additional modular piece for my M1 sofa in the same advertised color, only to receive a piece that was visibly different in color, height, and overall appearance. The order came in different shipments, which I was expecting, but only ever got one individual email saying it was delivered so I didn't even know it was in my apartment complex's mailroom until they emailed me basically telling me to come get these big ass packages out of their way that had been in there for days.

Happy I didn’t have to put it together but the packaging was a bit much.

Delivered on time and provided updates

Easy to order, it was on back order and came nearly a month earlier than expected which was nice.

I ordered the fabric samples and, to my surprise, the sofa is now much more expensive. I also can no longer use the $100 coupon that was available to me before. I’m very disappointed with this price increase and the change in pricing.

Shipping was fine. Packaging was cool as I said couch is not very comfortable.. in fact if given the opportunity I would never have bought this couch after sitting in it. IMHO over priced and can barely sit on it

These people don’t care.Their merchandise is cheap…ever wonder why their stuff is 60% off?? They can’t sell it…or give it away. Don’t order from them….you will be sorry!

Rove Lab was fine. But I called Rove concepts about thier Jericho chair , asking about waiver of membership fee. they would not waive the fee and never mentioned this lkss costly alternative. I discovered by accident.

Great and easy ordering, delivery and setup. Just some lack of transparency regarding the compatibility of the tray table with specific couch models.

Extremely fast delivery! There were bad reviews for Chicory so I canceled my order and went with Rove and it was the best thing I could do. No Assembly, no headaches and comfortable furniture.

Couch and ottoman arrived on time and well packaged. They definitely took a full week to fully expand and fill in, but that was to be expected.
