only 1 of the 4 NY strip steaks from my original order looked close to the picture on the website. 2 had more fat on the ends & were thinner. The one you replaced on this order had a huge surrounding edge of fat that was just not acceptable. I am comparing to trim prime NY strip on your website pics and to ones i buy locally. Your customer service offered to replace the one steak. For the price, I think your Quality control could be improved. Flavor was excellent, but visual was lacking.

Everything was great except for the shipping. Came FedEx and was supposed to arrive on Friday. It arrived too late on Friday to be delivered on a truck so i had to come pick it up at airport to be able to cook it for a graduation party for my nephews on that Sunday. No Saturday delivery was available because it was marked that way ?and my first delivery option was the following Monday, at which point i would not have accepted it. Packaged meat from a weekend trip hanging at the airport. Yum!
