The purchase and payment methods are really very simple on the site. Unfortunately, the carrier chosen by Uniformation is extremely incompetent... 6 days late on the delivery of my order and a customer service that does not respond... I’ve had my printer for about a year and it’s going very well. I put a lot of thought and research into what printer I would get and I understand that every printer will come with its own set of trials, but this one has much fewer in comparison to other brands. I recently had to replace the power button because resin kept dripping onto it, so afterward, I used a hot glue gun to make a little shape that juts out above the button and guides any future dripping resin away.

everything is fine, apart from the wait for delivery: 2 months, the part was out of stock

Better communication would be much appreciated, when your spending 1300 dollars i would of like weekly updates on shipping.

It was packaged very securely. Came out of the box perfect.

The shipping delay had me slightly worried, but having the machine operating right out of the box made it worthwhile.

Trouble with tariffs (not uniformation fault I know) and inconsistent/unclear communication. However, I did finally receive my machine and am a happy customer. I have recommended this machine to many others already.

Took a bit of time to arrive but i knew it will be worth

Ordering the product was easy enough. There was zero communication between the time of my order and the time it shipped, which was about a 2 week period. That needs to be improved.

Delivery was long communication could have been better but overall well handled.
