Very frustrating

Printer didn’t work and the Support didn’t answer.

the preorder time was excessive

Buying from this site could have been better. When you buy by product and select the country Europe, normally the products should come from Europe and not from China. And then After you paid 26 euros for shipping, they send you a message to pay 96 euros in taxes. This is unacceptable.

Love it just wish it ship out faster

Perfect machine as an upgrade from my previous 2k mono X.... Damn the GK3 Is amazing!!! But no resin delivered even if it was a preorder offer.. still waiting for it, but anyway about the machine: Wi-fi transfer of the files by chitubox, plus live footage of the print Huge size (wasn't expecting that big of a machine!) Really practical and ergonomic utilities (heated bed, locking mechanism of the build plate, automatic resin feeder, camera, lighting... Anyway I can keep going...

Still not received the 3d printer and poor customer care

Very late shipping and maybe that wasn't the main problem, but the customer support kept delaying me to the next month. I would have very much preferred to be told that hey, it will take 4 months and i would have been ok with it. But all the delays to the next month and the month and so on really was unprofessional.

The Gk2 for me being a beginner was such a positive and exciting experience in 3d printing. So easy to use and to have no fails from the start ,launched me on my way to an exciting and rewarding new hobby.

Well, I bought this machine after 6 years of printing with other brands, and I had a lot of confidence and enthusiasm, as I needed it to work on new projects, which, by the way, I've lost... but after 15 days with it, sadly, I don't recommend it much. I've had a lot of problems. First, the Wi-Fi doesn't work due to the firmware version it comes with from the factory. After installing the firmware, I made a mistake and the machine got out of configuration, and the Z-axis MOVES more than it should

It took a bit long for my items to ship but everything was fine once the package was sent

The support helped me out. Shipping time could be better...

Une expérience catastrophique. Machine défectueuse, support client inexistant, et communication unilatérale. Ma machine présente un défaut de conception évident, que ce soit au niveau du plateau, de l’axe Z… ou des deux. Résultat : plus d’un litre de résine à 44 € perdu, film FEP déchiré, film de protection de l’écran abîmé, tout cela à cause d’un assemblage bâclé. À ce prix-là, c’est inadmissible. They send my free resin but literally the resin sucks the worst resin out there avoid at all costs

Shopping experience was okay.

It took a while to arrive but otherwise good.

The pre order deL was good and any questions I had were answered if needed by UniFormation staff

The printer and the water washable resin were delivered, I am still waiting for the rest of the order: the complimentary bottle of resin and the empty bottle. I was promised delivery but after that there was no visible activity from Uniformation.
