The shipping experience was disappointing. I placed my order more than a month before it finally arrived. Delays can happen, and that would not have been a problem if there had been clear communication along the way. However, I received no updates for weeks and only got information after contacting customer support myself to ask about the status of my order. Misleading product

Don’t order from here, scammers. Would give no stars if I could. Didn’t send one of my dresses because it was out of stock, but in stock when I ordered. Took weeks to even ship my items when it said it will only take a few days. Multiple emails sent to chase this up with no replies. Now requesting a refund for the SECOND time after no response. Terrible service.

Non ho ricevuto l’ordine per intero e in più mi è arrivato due settimane dopo la spedizione prevista. Ho contatto l’assistenza clienti per ben 4 volte e non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta e in più non riesco a fare il reso perché quanto pare l’unico modo per fare richiesta di rimborso è scrivere al servizio clienti che non risponde

Took 5 weeks for everything to arrive. First two dresses came after 4 weeks from china to Germany obviously takes it’s time but why not just send all three in one parcel? and actually taking care of our environment.

at first i ordered two items one of them was out of stock and i wasn’t aware until two days after i ordered, then the team reach up to me and we managed to get another item after that my order took forever to get ship and i received NO UPDATES until a month it been delayed of a month.. the items are see through and not really similar as shown on the website ( different colors…)
