The bikini arrived a month after I ordered it

The shipping to Germany took more than a month, now that I want to send the dress back, no one reacts...

Took over a month for me to get my order, with no messages about how it was going or where it was. The website is hard to understand and i can’t seem to find anything, as for exempel how to return my package. The product didn’t meet my expectations.

The pictures show clothes that look like they could cost 60€, but the bikini sets, dresses and sets are Temu/Shein quality. Also the order takes almost a month to arrive.

They barely have any information on the website so I was unsure how to reverse an order or even try to request a refund. When I requested a refund through email and they responded, they still sent me the product anyway, putting me in a position where I have no other choice but to accept the items.

La experiencia es mala porque primero hubo problema con el stock, tuve que cambiar el dos piezas azul y cuando ya por fin elegimos uno nuevo, llega a casa el paquete y veo que el amarillo no estaba. Os envié un correo comunicándolo y nadie me respondió. Por favor, quiero mi dos piezas amarillo que es el que me falta por llegar

It's really hard to get your money back because they mainly don't accept returns. You have to pay for them!

Never buy from this site; it’s a dropshipping operation! When I placed my order, they didn't ship the package until nearly a month later. After I emailed them, they informed me that one of the two items I’d ordered was out of stock. They offered a refund, which I accepted, but in the end, they sent the missing item anyway, ignoring my request for a refund.

A lot od delay and after 40 days i still haven't receved my complete order and nobody answerd about what i am missing

I ordered 3 sets for a good price and for some reason each piece of clothing was shipped in separate pieces, 1 box was supposed to contain two items and another box which I still haven’t received apparently has my other set I purchased. Unfortunately the one box that I have received was missing one of my sets and the company still hasn’t responded to my email about it. Not sure what to do but I paid quite a bit so I would like a refund if possible.

Customer service was reasonably efficient, but the rest wasn't great.

The shopping experience wasn’t really good either. No updates on the order and a really slow shipping. No chance to send it back except i want to pay 25€, but that’s not worth it.
