Packing could have been better. My hedron was halfway out of its bubble wrap when I received it with no buffer at the bottom of the box. There was plenty of paper to cushion both the bottom and top of box, but the paper was only at the top. Luckily it arrived intact. when it arrived.

The black guardian was shipped in a thin box that was falling apart. A large tear in the bottom and the side. The glass guardian wasn’t protected with anything but some paper in the box. Fortunately it wasn’t broken. I expected better with a purchase if several hundred dollars. “Customer service” was difficult, as it took 2 phone calls and emails to get answers regarding the status of my order.
