The item itself is beautiful, but it was packaged in a cheap, thin box that had a large tear in the bottom and on the side upon delivery. The Guardian was lying in the box wrapped in some paper and minimally protected. Fortunately, it wasn’t broken. I expected better with a purchase of several hundred dollars. “Customer Service” was difficult, as it took days to get an answer as to the status of my order.

I got the wrong product. I ordered a 3-pack bundle of the harmonizers meant for larger electronic devices, and instead, they sent me a 3-pack bundle of the cell phone harmonizers. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I'll make due with them, because I'm not going to pay return shipping to sent them back to Hedron, and then have to pay duty/taxes a second time to get them across the border into Canada.
