Was disappointed with it to be honest because they did not put the crochet hook in. I sent in a message to ask about this and it took them about a week to reply and then another week to get the crochet hook. The scissors and tapestry needles were nice and the wool was nice but I felt like the patterns were extremely basic ones.

There is no customer service. I had a real issue with the quality of the wool. On the outside it looked fabulous so I sent a positive review. Of the two balls, the first was in three pieces. The second wouldn’t unravel so when I looked into the centre it was very tangled. After two hours of untangling it was in 6 pieces! I had contacted Hooks and Needles on 4th Jan and was told it had been passed to customer service. I have had nothing and emails ignored. It is so disappointing
