The package took a long time to arrive (to be fair it was coming to the uk and it was close to Christmas) I emailed the team to see where it was - they got straight back to me and couldn’t have been more helpful. Typically it turned up the same day I asked about it but even if it hadn’t the response time was great and I’ve heard from them again since. Well deserved 5 stars for customer service. Would give more but not an option, Thankyou 😊

So far first one recieved, good start. Nearly lost it . Too poor delivery, who put it on top of rubbish pile that was due for collection. ( Beware of loosing it to anyone !!!) Mine was left in weather outside . Kindly a neighbour spotted it . Otherwise it would been taken by rubbish men
