The ordering process could be a bit easier. Customers are heavily steered toward the subscription option and even though I thought I had ordered o e time only, it turned out that I inadvertently signed up for the subscription. The cancellation process was not easy to find, and because I ordered several items, I had to cancel each item separately, even though it was a single order. My experience made me feel that the company is not transparent and employs manipulative practices.
