The purchase was fairly easy. However, there was an added $3.96 for free refunds and packaging protection that didn't sit well with me. I'm returning four out of the five proteing packets because I don't like the consistency. The amount totaled $15.80 and I'm only receiving $13.44. Free returns? Another disappointment.
