I’ve already complained to you- - I ordered my mum some yellow freesias my mums and late fathers favourite flowers- for her 90th birthday as I couldn’t be with her- ! I ordered them well in advance a week in fact- but on the day of my chosen delivery I was emailed to say you’d made a mistake and my mums flowers were not going to be delivered on her birthday! My mum has dementia and so it was so very important she got her flowers that day as id promised her and she won’t undertstand why they didn’t arrive- ! I’ve used Guernsey flowers for years but this has really upset me…. I won’t be choosing them anymore for my mums flowers I’m so upset and dissapointed !
