Fantastic

Back order took much longer than suggested, and no updates about delays.

I would love to be able to talk to a real person in customer service rather than depending on AI. Early on, during my lengthy wait to receive my dash cam, I wondered if I had been scammed. Thankfully it worked out but I went through unnecessary angst because I could not actually speak with someone.

Received my purchase promptly and in mint condition. Plus didn't get those annoying constant msgs that some places do after a sale.

Very easy to order online and delivery was prompt 👍

Initially the order took a while to fulfill. Shortage of available stock. Communication was only good after I had initiated “ where’s my items “ email. Exactly when the stock would arrive was still a bit vague so I tried to cancel… new stock arrived and the order was fulfilled within the week. Customer service seems to work 24/7 which makes me think that either this is a very keen young start up brand, or it’s not based in Australia. I’m hoping this was a good investment

Information was slow to come after initial purchase which took some time to get sorted, but once the product was sent the tracking information was good.

The vendor kept me informed on where the item/s were.

I cancelled my order after waiting more than 2 weeks for the camera to even be close to dispatching! Lack of communication and subpar service cost you a sale!

Poor customer communication.

Our only frustration was that the User Guide on the website does not link to a User Guide. Several things referred us to your User Guide but then the link only took us to a contact page.
