The Micro card had to be reformatted for the internal Wi-Fi to link to the app and for recording to work. Only other issue is if using the electrostatic film to mount the camera, make sure the camera is centred on the film or it'll pull away from the windscreen. The camera works well. The rear facing camera, if purchased, plugs in easily too working well with the app.

I had originally purchased the drivevision dash cam late last year but had issues with the windscreen camera mount not sticking to the windscreen when the camera was attached.

I have the BlackVue 750X in my Merc and the Drive Vision dashcam in my daughter’s car. Honestly, it is hard to tell them apart. Both have good vision (750X is only 1080p while the Drive Vision is 4K), both look great in the barrel shape. The app is super easy to install and use. Functionality and intuitiveness of the Drive Vision app is as good as the BlackVue. Drive Vision is an excellent product for less than half the price of the BlackVue. Cannot fault it

Opted to stick it to the headliner instead of the rear glass (just a personal preference). What can I say? It does the job. Plug in and play. The hardest part was cable management through the liner and door seals. Word of warning if you have side airbags: BE CAREFUL! I didn't take this into consideration until after the fact.

A wondefully discrete camera that is competitively priced offering 4k vision. I've hard wired mine to enable parking imagering (time-lapse) and love it.
It's not missed a beat. I found it easy to install on my Nextgen Ford Ranger.
The unit makes no sounds whilst driving (just how I like it), and provides high res footage that is simple to download when required.

As with the forward facing camera this one comes with everything you need to install and connect. Clarity and viewing angle are fantastic. Make sure leg of mounting bracket faces away from the camera is my only suggestion. This camera paid for itself when the video of a minor accident cleared me of fault. Highly recommend the package and can easily be installed without the need for expensive professionals.

Good bang for your buck dash camera. My only issue was hard-wiring the system. The installation didn't explain removing original fuses and placing them into the piggy back system instead of the 2amp fuses which came with the system. Online forums helped a lot. Overall it still wins over the more expensive brands out there.
