Excellent

I received the rear camera nearly 2 weeks before I received the dash camera. I had to follow up as my order hadn't changed from the processing stage. I think half of my order had been missed. It eventually arrived.

The products are great but the the customer service has dropped drastically. It took nearly a month to get a simple replacement windscreen mount sticker - firsts they didnt asvise me it was out of stock but took my payment, then they sent the wrong mount (rear instaed of front) then when it came it didnt have the accompanyhing anti-statis sheet to help it stick to the windscreen.

Always appreciate free delivery. The camera was delayed (out of stock). Being told about it would have been good.

Camera came on time. No issues with delivery. The camera quality is good and provides clear results. However, the overall experience is let down by poor compatibility. The camera takes time to connect to the phone and the connection is not always stable. When it connects, it often disables CarPlay in the car, which is very inconvenient. I usually have to restart my phone to get CarPlay working again, which is frustrating. Overall, the camera works fine, but the connectivity issues make it worse.

Seamless process from initial enquiry to deliver and installation. Quick replies to questions also helped a lot.

The correspondence is AI generated crap and tells you nothing. trying to get a hold of an actual person is incredibly diffucult

All the bits in the box

If you are a switch on user, ready to ask the right question, you will save yourself a lot of money on your drive camera install. Best to get an electrician to do the hard wire connection to the fuse box. Otherwise, hiding the wires in the trim is easy if you give it a go with the plastic blade that is supplied.

DriveVision was easy to install…The components are top quality. The cameras are simply the best. The playback is seem less. Awesome quality. I highly recommend DriveVision.
