Was a quick delivery time. Everything was packaged well only issue was it was sent to my home address instead of where I asked for it to be delivered. Was lucky that it was still there when I got home.

Good quality video. Having never owned a dashcam and it did take a bit of time to understand it. A user manual would be good instead of the small brochure that you get in the package. A few unanswered questions after installation but managed to get nthere in the end. Had it hard wired by my auto-electrician and it does everything it claims. It's compact, doesn't get interfere with line of sight and seems sturdy enough. Pretty good product which should do the trick.

I had to wait months for the products to arrive even though they said restock was happening in 1 - 2 weeks. I haven’t even had a chance to get the thing installed and I’ve received multiple emails telling me to leave a review. Terrible service

It was a long wait to receive my items. It was almost a month... I didn't see any message about it being out of stock when I ordered it and after a good week or so, checked to see that there was a 1-2 week wait and then that was extended again

Support by BOT not good enough. Stock was not at hand when ordered and had to wait extra week. Not phone support for problematic install. Videos to simplified.

Product not in stock for 4 weeks but no notification when I purchased the cam. Had to email to find out

Cheap and easy check out, you get what you pay for though.
