Easy to order online and I understood that there was a delay kept up to date by checking on DriveVision website. Everything in the package as stated on the website remember to purchase low profile micro fuses to replace the fuse you remove from fuse box and add to the fuse tap.

Very quick to ship, I did order Matt but gloss came no big deal.

Had to wait more than a month for delivery and nobody said anything about it or it took 100 messages to hear it is delayed by a month.

I ordered a dash cam, plus a rear cam in the same order. So far the dash cam has not been dispatched and there was no note on the website to say there would be a delay.
