Shipment experience was concerning with delays and very little communication on following up on what may have been outstanding or documentation required. Not sure what can be done with the silicone bud design to get the seal a bit better but feel like if the angle isn't perfect the seal in the ear isn't great and will let the noise through, but also might be my own funky ears
