Merakai Medicinal is a scam
I have spent hours trying to deal with unauthorized orders and surprise charges that I did NOT approve. Products were sent on timelines I never agreed to, and stopping the subscription has been a nightmare.
Customer service is practically nonexistent. There is no way to speak to a real person. You are forced to deal with chatbots and automated responses that go nowhere. It’s frustrating, disrespectful, and exhausting.
