I did not like the product. The can’t seem to get you guys to agree to cancel my subscription despite my best efforts.

Online shopping is a known quantity, this is as good as any other.

We have had a couple problems with receiving a shipment, and Meraki has always been receptive and always sent a replacement in quick fashion. The fact that I’m filling out a survey tells you that they want to know what we think.

This product is not working for me. I've tried returning it sadly no response. It should be a simple. Click allowing you to return the product if you're not satisfied. The site is purposefully designed like this to make it harder for you to return the product. This is wrong way of doing business and also this is costing you your name from a business standpoint.

I always receive my methelyne blue within a few days (usually around 4. Sometimes it takes a little longer, but I'm not complaining. I definitely recommend their products above anyone else's. Cheers guys, appreciate it!

I only ordered one month. It took way too long to cancel the subscription. It was step after step that you had to redo over and over they try to prevent you from canceling your subscription and they still sent me the second month after I had already canceled it, and they still charged me for it.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. I have spent the last 3 weeks trying get a resolution on a promotion offered by the company. I have tried contacting the company multiple times and every single time I get delayed responses and then told “it’s being checked on” with never getting a response. I liked the product, but given the experience with trying to get this issue resolved, I have lost all faith in this company or any claim it makes about it’s product due to the inability to respond to
