I had to submit a work order because my pen came with a spring loaded cap and within 2 weeks the inner cap popped out and would not go back into the cap and kept sticking on the nib. I was informed that this pen was not supposed to come with the spring cap and I should just take it out. I did, and I'm keeping the pen, but you should make it clear that there's not supposed to be a spring loaded cap, because it made me feel bad, like the $300 pen I just purchased was already broken.
