Shipping always takes a long time, no matter whether it’s a busy time or not so I try to order your products elsewhere if possible. I can find things on your site, but the overall experience is always better through a retailer like Atlas. Received my pen with an incorrect nib, emailed customer service and with no response I called customer service and got a return label and repair form to send the pen back. So now I have to wait for my brand new pen to go back to what I hope is not deemed a repair situation which I assume could take much longer than a simple exchange. I have paid for a pen that I am not getting to use or enjoy and it is at no fault of my own. Should’ve just sent out the correct nib to me to correct your mistake.

Love the pen, it writes well. I found it a bit confusing that the photo of the pen in my order is the button fill and the one I have is not a button fill. Apparently I bought the regular Estie. I will say that it was extremely easy to fill my Estie with ink. I usually stick with refilling a cartridge. But this is a very nice change! Got a good fill of ink, and have been writing away!
