Terrible. Was advertised as 2-3 day delivery and has been almost 2 months and still has not arrived. Have tried reaching out several times to see about a refund (as the occasion I needed it for was at the beginning of June) or figure out what was going on with my order but received ZERO responses to any of my messages, emails, etc.

Well shopping was the easy part but shipment took a while but i guess shipping is difficult these days with anything.

Never received. Ordered two months ago

Better than I expected!

There’s no reason the shipping should have ever taken as long as it did both times. The fact that the 1st time it never even made it to me. The only good was that Customer Service sent an extra ring, they’re so flimsy & cheap. I am embarrassed to give it as a gift. The 2 rings were purchased as gifts & it is so far beyond the date and time of when it was supposed to be given.

Great company. Good communication. The wrong size ring was originally sent but they happily sent a replacement.

I was supposed to receive a replacement ring , bc mine tarnished after 3 days! I have not received another ring .

It looked beautiful in the picture and then once I wore the ring for only one week the band turned copper collar

Not good. Just not good. Never got the ring and they won’t refund it and if u check the tracking number it just says waiting. Which is what I have been doing for over a month now.

I ordered the ring one size too large, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive another ring a size down without the hassle of returning the original ring. And customer service responded promptly. Great company; excellent service!
