Use better quality material. The discoloration is disappointing but the fact that it turns my finger green, I can’t wear even if I wanted to and for spending $30 on it I feel like I got ripped off.

It is a beautiful ring, but the engraving can't be read and it tarnished in just a few days, and I even took it off to wash my hands and at bedtime.

Not sure how it snapped. Maybe it was a line already there? Such a shame because I have loved wearing it and it was gorgeous for a few weeks. It took some time to arrive but initially I was thrilled

The ring itself is very pretty but not like the picture in the ad. The footprints were not a different color so you couldn’t tell they were there & the inscription was same color as band(again not like the ad) & you couldn’t read it. I was so excited for the “footprints in the sand” ring. So if you could make sure the picture in your ad matches what you actually receive that would be better.

Don’t overcharge for cheap stuff from China. Definitely state that something is coming from China when it’s ordered. Use English on the inside of the ring and not whatever is written there. This is terrible quality. It’s very disappointing. The beach is very special to my daughters and I as is the footprints poem. I have ordered three of them and have them be this disappointing is very upsetting.

I love the looks and quality of this ring!

The quality is poor. What is supposed to look like feet are unidentifiable as all gold colored. The photos look much better than the ring. The inscription on the inside is not legible.

What have my item look like the pictures of the items that I purchased. This is terrible. The cross is not defined. The footprints are not defined. And you can’t read the inscription on the inside. It was a waste of money. And whenever items for this company or advertised and I get a copy of it, I’m going to comment negatively.

This ring that they sent isn't as nice as the one pictured. The gold baby feet aren't on a white background. The background is gold just like the feet, so they don't show up very good.

The ring does show images of foot prints and the writing inside can’t even read it. I had two orders. One order is 1635 and other number is 2695. I think both types of rings look cheap and the inspirational words are not legal. I ordered 2 of each ring as gifts. I would like to have a full refund and if you give me information I’ll be happy to ship all 4 back at your expense

The ring looks NOTHING like the photo…you can’t make out any details, the words are illegible and the plating is coming off after 1 use and turning my finger green

After wearing for a week, the "silver' was GONE on all raised areas, the ring kept bending super easy. It's cheap and poorly made just like I knew it would be once I saw that it was coming from China. Imo falsely advertised to be "US, small business made." It's actual garbage!

The ring is pretty, however all the silver wore off within days and the copper color came through. I am disappointed.

Improved the quality of the engraving so the footprints, the focus of the ring, and the engraving on the inside of the ring can be seen.

REFUND My Money! The detail on these rings is. NOT as shown as advertised! Nowhere near the quality as seen in advertisements!

One of the stones is missing I thought it was so pretty but disappointed that one of the stones were missing as soon as I opened it

Cross on ring was broken. Footprints were not in silver as pictured. Then found the same ring on Amazon for ten dollars but did not offer in my size.

Heart is too small. Also back of ring has tarnished and despite cleaning with silver jewellery polish remains tarnished. Not happy.

Nothing unlike the picture and sized wrong so can’t wear also engraving can’t read has a weld Spot on the bottom of the band very unhappy

Make it like the picture you post! You can't even tell there are footprints and the inscription is impossible to read
