I ordered two items back in July, but the wrong colors were sent. I returned them, and the correct colors were supposed to be resent. However, for some reason, the replacement items were sent back to the warehouse before even being delivered. After I contacted customer service, they requested the items be resent again from the warehouse. Now I’ve received an email asking me to rate my experience, even though I haven’t actually received the items yet. I'm not sure if I'll ever receive them
