It took my dog a little while to get used to his boots, but after a few extremely cold, snowy, and icy days, he finally realized they were much better than walking on bare paws. Since then, he’s been happy to let me put them on and enjoys walks much more. They stay on securely without falling off, making them a great choice for winter walks. Very happy with the purchase!

We ordered these to help our senior Ridgeback (13.5 yrs) who has failing mobility in his rear legs and too often drags a foot when walking on pavement outdoors, scraping his “knuckles”, resulting in inflamed nailbeds. Although walking with the boots requires a bit more effort on his part, they have helped protect his feet and nails. They are also the first boots or socks we have tried that have actually stayed put. Very sturdy. 👍👍

I recently bought the Wegwear dog boots and warmers for my Bichon, and while they are great in terms of quality, I did face a couple of challenges. My dog has a lot of thick, long fur, and putting on the warmers was a bit tricky. It would be wonderful if there were a shorter version of the warmers to make it easier to put them on. I've only put the dog boots on Bentley a couple days ago. He got used to them very fast, like within hours. He can stand up easier on the slippery wood floors. He seems more stable and confident. I take them off for walks as he doesn't need them. My main concern is that he could not get up on the wood floors and old age weakness would make him slip. Now he gets up much easier with the boots on. Great improvement! Would highly recommend. He's a happier dog :-)

Purchased the boots for our 13yr old Labradoodle. She has arthritis and slips on smooth surfaces. The boots help a great deal! They are easy to put on and take off. They do flip around if she’s been rolling around outside but they are easy to fix. She has much more grip and they make it easier for her to get up!

The little shoes are adorable. Gizmo slightly drags his back paw, due to a degenerative bone disease. This causes excessive wear on his nails which can be painful. Thus protecting his little paws with good, easy to fit, breathable and sturdy shoes is important. Ironically, the only time, we skipped putting shoes on him, he stepped on a wasp and got stung.

After three tries, finally found the size that works the best. XXS was too hard to get on and XS allowed too much movement inside the shoe. My 15lb Havanese fit the XXHS due to his long skinny paws and long hair. He moves in them just fine, tolerates them well, and they protect his feet from hot asphalt, as well as frequent contact with tree sap on the ground.

Initially got them cause they looked cute but actually super functional. Do not come off if put on properly. A few times I realized I hadn’t put the paw in all the way but I could tell right away something was off by the way my pup was walking. I always put my finger in like a shoe horn to put them on.
