Customer service was good. Quality of fabric needs a lot of improvement. Also add contemporary modern colors to the 100% cotton flannel lines. Use quality embroidery on saturated colors. The pastels are very feminine & pretty but can appear dowdy & grandma when you only have pastels to offer for sale. Black, yellow, teal, red, bright burgundy, forest green, royal purple, chocolate, robins egg blue would all be great additional colors.
I would buy all those colors right now if offered.
