Update: I’m so impressed with Eileen West’s customer service. Someone reached out to me today about the issue we had with the nightgown I purchased for my mom. I can tell how much they care about their customers and I will definitely shop here again. The nightgown that I bought for my mom as a birthday gift ripped the first night she wore it, when she turned over in her sleep. I’m disappointed in the quality of the fabric.
