I love the bar I purchased but was not super happy with having to buy the shipping insurance. The whole reason I bought the bar is because I just got laid off and I cannot afford my gym membership anymore and then you add an insurance charge I didn’t want to make me spend more money when I’m in a financial emergency? Not the best customer experience.

The box was unsuitable for shipping when it arrived. It had been opened and retapped with different tape and multiple holes were in the box approximately 8 inches or larger in diameter as if the shipping handlers were trying to see what was inside the package or get to anything loose that would fall out. I would attach pictures if there was an option in the review
