I appreciated the email back with more up to date shipping info.thank you for that.When the box eventually arrived it was ripped open. I’m in customer service and acknowledge the value of a 5/5 survey and get bonuses on it. My overall expertise has not been anywhere close to that so I cannot give it. Although it hasn’t been negative either. This 3/5 rating is generous as I’m hoping a good experience going forward

Well made items though the bars should connect to the barbell holders on each end like the video. That screw wasn’t included in my set. Makes harder to change the barbell weight each time.

Per my honest post, consider retooling the grip so that the point of contact with the wall above the door frame is made of a material that doesn't scuff the paint. You've protected the door jam with this design which is a huge plus, if you can retool to protect the paint above the door jam, you have a perfect product in my opinion!
