I was very disappointed that the gifts didn’t arrive for the holidays. I also found the messages from you telling me that they were shipped impossible to understand. The name of the recipient wasn’t given, even when I was told that they had been delivered.
I finally had to contact two of the recipients and they had no idea who had sent the baskets. I was told that they loved the basket for their one year old and that made me happy. There’s definitely room for improvement in your systems.
