I had a good experience over all. But I was very scared because the instagram page is not active, there is no posts. There is only two or three posts on Facebook and I was concerned because of the existing tracking number. It said that USPS would deliver it, but I couldn’t track anything. My feedback to the company is for them to get more active on the social medias, so that customers can feel safe with their purchase. The product itself is very nice, good quality, no weird smell, perfect!

The basket was a little smaller than I anticipated and before I purchased the basket I wasn't aware that the lettering and icon were glued on instead of sewed on so I am hoping it holds up to normal wear. I think the basket is very beautifully made, but I think the color placement of the letters could’ve been a little different, not the pink and purple right next to each other, the yellow or blue should’ve been in between them.
