I immediately sent an email to the company questioning one of the colors (brown or tan-I can’t remember which) because the color shown in the pictures did not match that same color in the drop-down option. I wanted to clarify before placing my order. Your website specifies a specific timeframe that the company will respond to a request. I’ve already received the product and never received a response from the company regarding the color in question.
