I was excited to upgrade my luggage for business travel, but after just one first-class trip from LA to Atlanta, the metal suitcase came back with five noticeable dents and looked heavily worn. While it still functions, it's disappointing for a premium product marketed as durable. As a large, checked bag, I expected some handling but hoped it would hold up better.
