Never received my order!!

Kept pushing me to take it different ways when I said what it did up me and I couldn't stomach the taste

It was very easy no problems

I got a reoccurring order that I don't know how I got a reoccurring order and I don't know how to cancel it

Your system tries to create an automatic continuous enrollment. I do not like feeling traped in a payment system when I see no results.

I've cancelled twice and you are still sending this stuff. told you to cancel immediately. That means now.

There is no real refund considering you have to pay return shipping to China.

I received the product in a reasonable amount of time and was kept aware of shipping!

Absolutely would not recommend. They are liars.. This is not a product from the United States. It is not shipped in the United States. It is not guaranteed to be here. I’ve waited over a month and have argued with them just to even cancel my subscription. It’s a scam. Do not waste money or your time.

Did not sign up for continued subscription

Can’t tell any difference in the way either of us feels! Will most likely cancel the subscription after this second order.

What product ! Got charged but never received

Can’t really put much for my experience except for it’s been horrible because I ordered product paid for expedited shipping and they had to resend the order because it got lost and it still hasn’t gotten here and it’s been over a month

Don't like any company that does not have enough faith in their product that they feel the need to autosubscribe first time buyers.

This is how it went down: June 3 Ordered Primecell H2 June 4 Received confirmation order was received. June 20 Received the Primecell product. July 3 Was charged for a new shipment of Primecell. I did not even have 2 weeks to evaluate the product and I was charged for a new shipment. I immediately contacted Amala to cancel my order and reverse the charges. They did NOT cancel or reverse the charges. and did not receive a response June 10 They finally responded and said I could keep the product

Can't use product, didn't cancel when I requested it, AND sent another order after I requested it to be cancelled. Then was offered 30% refund instead of the full amount of $243.79. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

It was okay. I want to cancel it now. I have to many boxes and don't want anymore shipments.
