Did not sign up for continued subscription

Can’t tell any difference in the way either of us feels! Will most likely cancel the subscription after this second order.

What product ! Got charged but never received

Can’t really put much for my experience except for it’s been horrible because I ordered product paid for expedited shipping and they had to resend the order because it got lost and it still hasn’t gotten here and it’s been over a month

Don't like any company that does not have enough faith in their product that they feel the need to autosubscribe first time buyers.

This is how it went down: June 3 Ordered Primecell H2 June 4 Received confirmation order was received. June 20 Received the Primecell product. July 3 Was charged for a new shipment of Primecell. I did not even have 2 weeks to evaluate the product and I was charged for a new shipment. I immediately contacted Amala to cancel my order and reverse the charges. They did NOT cancel or reverse the charges. and did not receive a response June 10 They finally responded and said I could keep the product

Can't use product, didn't cancel when I requested it, AND sent another order after I requested it to be cancelled. Then was offered 30% refund instead of the full amount of $243.79. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

It was okay. I want to cancel it now. I have to many boxes and don't want anymore shipments.

Couldn’t tolerate the sulfur smell and taste wanted to return but your CSR denied it! Won’t buy again

Customer service was very helpful when I misunderstood the offer I had purchased.

Communication is slow and incomplete.

Did not receive my order. Contacted customer service and they said they would reissue, but it’s been a month and still haven’t received it.

I eat clean and do all that I can to stay healthy. I was excited to find your H2 and felt it was worth trying. My stomach hurts and is not worth the pain I started taking one day and skip the next. Even that does not help, H2, makes my teeth hurt , like having a piece of tin foil in gum.

Tried to cancel subscription that I never signed up for and I’m still being charged for a sub subscription. I never signed up for horrible horrible horrible customer
