Ordered for the first time, website was easy to use. USPS had an issue delivering the order on time and the toum went bad sitting in the FL heat :(
However after contacting Shawarmaji, they quickly made it right and had the replacement sent. Family of 6 immediately finished a jar within 10 minutes. (yes, it really is that good)

I didn't get to eat any of the items you shipped me because the ice packs were melted and the inside of the box was completely warm and, in some cases, the lids had popped. I wish you had made it clearer in the order process that even the jarred items require refrigeration. You may need to rethink your shipping methods for long distances across the southern U.S. (Note: I brought the box in the house and opened it within an hour of delivery, but it was too late to salvage the food.)
