I’ve been searching for the best shawarma in the US for 2 decades!! Of course Toum is one of the most essential ingredients and without it, a chicken shawarma cannot exist. It’s such a delicate balance and really hard to make perfect. Shawarmaji has nailed it!!! Love this!

Tried it for the first time. Loved the Chipotle toum. It goes very well with fajitas and other tex mex dishes as well as just about anything you want some extra flavor and zing on. The regular toum was an excellent base. I wasn't crazy about the olive toum, but my wife loved it.
