I finally figured out why I like shawarma, and it is all about the toum. I ordered two jars to try, opened one on Saturday. Today is Tuesday and the first jar is nearly empty! Best EVER substitute for mayo on a sandwich, unbelievably delicious on a pita or pita chip, and a divine addition to any savory recipe. The garlic absolutely shines! This stuff is FABULOUS, and I hope to always have a jar handy in my fridge from now on.

I love the Toum, the Chipotle & The Shatta!!! I use the Shatta with chicken marination. My boys and husband love them. Marinate chicken over night with: shatta + add minced fresh garlic + basil. Next day barbecue r in the oven. And eat it with Shawarmaji Toum or Chipotle...its yumm 😋 yummy!!!

This sauce is super delicious!! Makes everything taste better especially cold sandwiches. I had ordered the mini trio and loved the Chipotle one so much that went ahead and ordered 2 11oz jars and they sent me both jars in June 2024 expiring in July 2024, these jars are big, and impossible to consume by July! I'm so disappointed why would you do that?

I’ve just been warming up pitas and eating the sauces with pita as a snack. We had some of the garlic sauce along with the chili sauce with lamb, OMG! Totally worth every penny!

We love toom but have not met with success in our attempts to make it on our own. So finding a product like this which is shelf stable is great.
