My first experience with the toum was as part of a trio. And while the chipotle toum and the shatta are great, the regular toum is staggeringly good. I have eaten it with shawarma, in lieu of butter and sour cream on a baked potato, mixed half and half with mayo in chicken salad, as a dip for green beans so that I don’t have to taste them, and just by itself on Ritz crackers. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
